Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 June 2026

VPN Panda ("we", "us") provides a VPN service. This policy explains what we collect and what we don't. Our core principle: we do not log your browsing activity.

What we do NOT collect

  • No logs of the websites, apps, or services you access.
  • No DNS query logs tied to you.
  • No logs of your traffic content or destination history.
  • We never sell your personal data.

What we collect

  • Account data: if you create an account, your email and a securely hashed password. A free anonymous account stores only a random identifier.
  • VPN configuration: a device public key you generate locally to provision your tunnel. Your private key never leaves your device.
  • Operational data: minimal, short-lived technical data needed to run and secure the service (e.g. to prevent abuse). This is not a record of your browsing.
  • Purchases: handled by Apple (in‑app) or Stripe (web). We receive subscription status, not your full card details.
  • Ads (free tier only): Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers to show ads. Premium users see no ads.

Third-party services

We use Apple, Google AdMob, RevenueCat (subscription management), and Stripe (web payments). Each processes limited data under its own privacy policy.

Availability

VPN Panda is not offered in, and may not be used from, jurisdictions where VPN services are restricted, including the United Arab Emirates.
